Link to a good source

Postby Bráthair FnB on Sun May 24, 2009 1:13 pm

As I'm starting out in my own GD studies this link was sent to me and has been very insightful, I hope it will be for others and I also invite others to share other links they have found to be beneficial. http://www.hogd.co.uk/gd_history_ciceros.htm

I would also like to hear from others on any personal research into the beginnings of the G.D. system if anyone feels compelled to share. :)

Oh sorry I should have mentioned the above link comes from an essay by the Ciceros and further to the above link this one is from Wescott's History Lecture and there has been some speculation as to certain details being falsified; http://www.vialarp.org/GD/source_1_west ... story.html

Another link offered is http://www.vialarp.org/GD/background_5_ ... story.html which reviews the timeline of the Order's inception from 1888 to 1900 (Crowley and the subsequent events have been ommitted).

I would like to thank Frater Yechidah for sharing these with myself and others on OI the particular thread can be found here if anyone wishes to see it in context.

In the meantime I look forward to deepening my understanding with shared views and perceptions. x
